Family Medicine & Pregnancy Care offered by Neighborcare Health's Columbia City Clinic
Offers family medicine pregnancy services, providing prenatal care at several clinics. Family medicine providers are doctors, physician assistants and advanced registered nurse practitioners who provide care during and after the pregnancy, assist with delivery, and provide well-child care. Families can continue to see the same family medicine provider they saw during the pregnancy. Patients deliver at Swedish First Hill Birth Center.

Not all services offered at all locations. Three sites coordinate a drop-in homeless youth clinic. Another is a site of WIC. Additionally one site serves only homeless adult, and they have school-based health centers in 15 Seattle and Vashon schools. Apple Health/Medicaid, Medicare and most insurance plans accepted. Insurance is not required. Discounts available and no one is turned away if unable to pay.
