The Kittitas County Health Network is a local non-profit that aims to improve health for the whole community. The Network consists of local service providers, healthcare workers, law enforcement, schools, and others who collaborate to address health issues: behavioral health, Adverse Childhood Experiences, care coordination, and social determinants of health such as housing and access to childcare. The goal is to break down barriers in communication and collaboration in order to provide better services in the community. It is a collaborative of organizations and service providers that work together to improve community health in Kittitas County. While the goal is to serve all people of Kittitas County, there are a number of priority populations: High utilizers of emergency services, individuals experiencing a physical or mental health crisis, or who are at risk, people with substance use disorders, people accessing mental and behavioral health services, and individuals having Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
