Youth Peer Support offered by Guided Pathways

Connects youth and young adults with a peer who has lived experience navigating systems of care to achieve and maintain recovery and resilience. Youth Peers support youth and young adults with behavioral, emotional, mental health or substance use disorder challenges at home, school or in the community by providing guidance, resources, a listening ear and a helping hand.
