Provides comprehensive maternal and infant health services such as   -  Pregnancy testing,  - Prenatal medical and dental care,   -  Maternity support services,   -  Childbirth education, labor and delivery,   - Well child exams and dental exams for infants.

Call for an appointment.  Please arrive 15 minutes early for appointment to update registration.  

Fee

Offers discounted fee schedule based on income verification.   Accepts Medicare, WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and most insurance.

Eligibility

Primarily American Indian and Alaska Native communities; however, there are no ethnic restrictions.   Washington state law says parental consent is not required at any age for family planning services such as birth control, pregnancy testing, and STD Testing and Treatment services.

Seattle Indian Health Board

Provides medical, dental, mental health, chemical dependency, outpatient youth services and community education services with a focus on the American Indian and Alaska Native community. Offers maternal and infant health services as well as the WIC program. Additionally provides emergency assistance and safety planning for victims of domestic violence.
