Domestic Violence Program offered by Consejo Counseling & Referral Service in Bellevue

Provides legal support and advocacy-based domestic violence counseling that helps survivors overcome barriers. Offers culturally and linguistically trauma-informed intervention, prevention, and outreach services including DV crisis response. Services include transitional housing, safety planning, meeting basic needs, individual and family therapy, peer group counseling as well as bilingual and bicultural, and step-by-step guidance to help navigate legal systems that ensure protection orders are in place and enforced by the law.

Primarily serves non- or limited English-language proficient Latinx survivors of domestic and sexual violence or assault, stalking, emotional or verbal abuse or threats from current or former spouses, partners, parents, family members or intimate and/or dating partners.

Consejo Counseling & Referral Service

Provides culturally relevant behavioral health outpatient services including assessments and treatment services to adults, children and adolescents. The services include individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, case management, peer support services, psychiatric assessment and medication management. as well as substance abuse outpatient treatment services, co-occurring services, deferred prosecution and substance use disorder alcohol and drug information school services. Additional services include sexual assault therapy, domestic violence advocacy services and trauma informed care therapy services.
