Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Services offered at Columbia River Mental Health Services

Provides outpatient therapy (individual, family, and group) to children, youth, and adults. Services include psychiatric evaluation and treatment, case management, dual diagnosis assessment and treatment, and substance use disorder addiction assessment and treatment. Provides an opiate substitute treatment program, including suboxone. Hosts evening and day support groups, including gender-specific groups and LGBTQ groups. Also has IPAs (In-Person Assisters) on staff to help clients and the general public enroll in health insurance, if needed. Volunteer opportunities available.

Specializes in treating those affected by serious mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders through a range of community-based supportive services. Services are available for children, families, adults, older adults, and ethnic minorities. This agency provides prevention services, outpatient mental health and chemical dependency treatment, and psychiatric and psychological evaluation. In collaboration with local school districts, this agency provides mental health services to students.
