24-bed unlocked co-ed facility providing treatment for youth with a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder. Length of treatment is 90-180 days.

Provides culturally appropriate education, physical and mental health services, and substance use disorder treatment to anyone in need, with a focus on serving Native Americans and Alaskan Natives. Native American culture and spirituality informs treatment model, that is based on the Medicine Wheel, integrating health (wellness), mental health, sobriety, and culture.
