Outpatient Mental Health Services offered at Greater Lakes Mental Health Care

Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Call the Access Center to schedule an appointment at other clinics. Visit the Lakewood site in person during business hours for intake.
