Mental Health Outpatient Treatment offered at Associated Behavioral Health Care in Bellevue

Offers comprehensive outpatient mental health services, addressing topics including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, adjustment disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, trauma, body image. Helps clients work through complications caused by issues such as domestic abuse, substance use disorder, chronic pain management, anger management and tobacco cessation. Also offers psychological and neuropsychological assessments as well as ADD/ADHD evaluations. Clinicians specialize in issues impacting racial minorities, women, men, and LGBTQ clients. All assessments and reports contain evaluation results, diagnosis, treatment plan, prognosis and possible complications to treatment success.

Fee

Sliding scale available to those who qualify.   Accepts Medicare.   Preferred Provider for all insurance carriers.   Forensic Mental Health Evaluation: $1,500. Mental Health Counseling: $75-$150.   Co-occurring mental health/chemical dependency assessment: $550.

Eligibility

Court-referred individuals, those with co-occurring disorders and others in need of service.   Serves youth on a limited basis.
