Pacific Hope and Recovery Center offered at KMHS Kitsap County Crisis Triage Center

Offers a 16-bed integrated recovery treatment center to help patients with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders. Patients stay on a voluntary basis for a variable length of time depending on their needs, and will have an individualized discharge plan with post discharge follow-up. Each treatment plan is unique to the individual but we can provide: A comprehensive assessment of your condition, including psychiatric and factors pertaining to addiction Medication assisted treatment options Group therapy Introduction to multiple outpatient recovery models to ensure care is individualized Psychiatric and medical referrals as needed Discharge Planning and referrals

Application process

Admission to the recovery treatment center is by referral by KMHS Pathways Substance Use Disorder Program or Crisis Triage Center.

Fee

Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid).

Eligibility

For adults 18 years or older experiencing co-occuring behavioral health and substance issues, who require additional recovery time. Must be referred by KMHS Pathways Substance Use Disorder Program or the Crisis Triage Center.
