Uŋčí Makhá Home Visiting Program at United Indians of All Tribes Foundation

Supports the well-being of families by providing a culturally-tailored early-childhood home visiting program for urban Native American and Alaskan Native children and caregivers in King County.   Provides classes to help teach parents about child development and building a supportive parenting community.

Native Americans, Alaska Natives and Pacific Islanders living in King County. Low income families with children ages 5 and younger, or pregnant women.

Social service provider, community center, and cultural home for the urban Indigenous community. Offers family services, support for expectant families, school readiness, economic self-sufficiency, employment services program, housing stability, and health and well-being. Native Workforce Services Program, Labateyah Youth Home, Foster Care, Homelessness Prevention, Preschool, Native Elders Program provides hot lunches and other activities for older Native American adults. Offers free online Daybreak Star Radio accessible through the website to reconnect heritage, belonging, and significance as a people.
