Outpatient Substance Use Treatment Services offered by Snoqualmie Behavioral Health Services

Provides the following services for Native Americans and community members: - DUI and SUD assessments - Deferred prosecutions - Outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment - Relapse prevention - Referrals Services provided in person and via telehealth.

Fee

Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private insurance and private pay.   Sliding scale fees available for clients at or under 200% FPL. $30 minimum per session.

Eligibility

Adults with a substance use disorder. Sensitive to needs of Native Americans.

Outpatient mental health program provides individual, child, adult, and family counseling services for emotional and mental healthcare needs. Also offers treatment for substance use disorder. Services are available to Tribal Members, Native Americans and General Public living in King County.
