South King County: Appointments can be made by calling intake/ resource line at: 253-850-2523 The intake line is open F, 10am-12pm, for residents of Burien, Auburn and SeaTac. East King County: Appointments can be made by calling intake/resource line at: 253-850-2523 The intake line is open W, 2pm-4pm for individuals in Bellevue, Redmond and Woodinville. The intake line is open on the first and third Thursday of each month from 2-3pm for residents of cities not listed above, including Seattle. Please note: If you are a resident of any city not listed above, you must have children under the age of 18 in the household to qualify for services. *Tukwila residents are referred directly from the City of Tukwila at 206-433-7180.

Application process

Call during screening times. Due to limited staffing resources, there is only one staff person taking calls during intake times, so you may experience a busy signal, continuous ringing or no answer. We are not able to return calls to those seeking assistance and we will not be able to respond to any messages left on other phone lines. You must get through to a live person and obtain an appointment to receive assistance. Callers are not able to leave a voicemail at this number. Appointments are first-come, first-served. No drop-in services. For those in the city of Tukwila ONLY: Call 206-433-7180 for a referral from the city of Tukwila.

Eligibility

Applicants must have minor children or a pregnant individual in the household, unless residing or moving into one of the following cities (changes depending on funding): - Bellevue - Burien All applicants must have an income at or below 50% of the Area Median Income. Households may receive services once in a 12-month period. For rent assistance, household must either be already late on rent or be within 10 days of rent due date. Eligibility criteria and intake hours may vary depending on available funding; call intake line for the most up-to-date information.
