YouthSource offered by King County Department of Community and Human Services

Provides individualized education and case management services for youth who have dropped out or left traditional high school.   Program includes:   -  General Education Development (GED) test preparation -  High school credit recovery -  Math and reading remediation -  Computer skills training -  Life skills training   -  Help entering community or technical college training programs   - Paid and unpaid internships and employment support Focuses on career path education and support.   Provides bus tickets if eligible.

King County Department of Community and Human Services' Education and Employment Program

Education and employment programs provide services to young people ages 16-24 designed to help them meet their education and employment goals. Services include assessment, job readiness training, paid internships, job placement, job retention, basic skills development, GED classes, high school credit retrieval, and support to gain access to post-secondary education and advance training. Services are available County-wide.
