Arranges air travel through donated flights. Missions flown include - Non-emergency transport to far-off medical treatment - Domestic violence and human trafficking relocation - Assistance for military personnel - Disaster response - Compassion-related reasons, including but not limited to travel to visit or provide care for a critically ill family member

Application process

Call or visit website to request a flight. Medical or social service providers can also refer. Requests must be submitted at least seven days in advance. Requests are accepted on a case-by-case basis and assistance is not guaranteed.

Fee

None. Service users can donate to the program.

Eligibility

Individuals who are medically stable and fully ambulatory with a financial, geographical, or other compelling reason for needing a donated flight. The distance of travel is 101 miles minimum and 899 miles maximum. Passengers must be medically stable, able to walk, fly in a non-pressurized plane, and be able to sit up in a seat with a seatbelt fastened around them.
