Transitional Housing offered at Salvation Army Veterans and Family Center

Transitional housing center that provides a supportive environment for 60 veterans and their families for up to 9 months. Provides intensive case management, skill building, job training assistance, sober living quarters, mentoring, food/meals, and benefits assistance.

Call for information. Prospective clients must agree to attend a 1.5-hour orientation.

Eligibility

- Homeless or chronically homeless veterans and their families/dependents who are enrolled and referred by the VA. - Must be willing and able to adhere to program requirements, including drug and alcohol-free living. - All adults must be able to care for themselves independently. - Veterans and adult family members must be able to provide a clean UA and breathalyzer upon entry.
