Homelessness Prevention offered by Neighborhood House at Central Office

Provides housing case management, financial counseling, and limited, emergency rental assistance to individuals and households who are at imminent risk of homelessness.

Voicemail only. Intake is every first Monday of the month, 8am-6pm or until full.

Calls accepted only on the first Monday of each month, 8am-6pm. Calls received later will not be returned.

Eligibility

City of Seattle residents only, low-income, and those currently housed and facing homelessness with an eviction notice.

Offers bilingual case management, parenting classes, ESL/citizenship classes, early learning programs, after-school youth tutoring and job search assistance and training. Also provides rental and housing assistance, family caregiver support, and HIV/Hep C/substance abuse prevention, counseling, testing and treatment.
