Case Management offered by King County Veterans Program in Seattle

Provides case management, referrals, advocacy, and supportive services for veterans, service members and their families; focused on creating opportunities related to housing stability, financial stability, healthy living, social engagement, and service system access.   Through a collaborative case management process, the assigned social service professional will help determine the type and levels of services and resources for which one may be eligible.

Application process

- New clients can access Walk ins M-F 8:30-11:00 & 1:00- 3:00. - All walk-ins will be handled on a first come-first served basis. - Returning clients are encouraged to call to schedule appointments.

None.

Eligibility

Veterans, service members and their families/households living in King County.   Veteran is defined as a person who has served as either an active duty or reservist member in any of the armed forces recognized by the United States Department of Defense.
