Senior & Disabled Volunteer Services offered at Community Action of Skagit County

Serves low-income elderly (60 plus) and disabled (18 to 59) people living independently in the community.  Volunteer services provided include: shopping/errands, transportation, household repairs, yard care, housekeeping, occasional meal prep, and other necessary assistance. We have added telephone welfare checks, mental wellness check-ins, and grocery store pick up and delivery.

A community-based non-profit organization offering a wide variety of services.  The primary purpose is to help low-income persons reach, or maintain, self-sufficiency. The agency has eight impact areas: Family Stability, Housing, Financial Stability, Employment, Education and Literacy, Health, Food and Nutrition, and Community Engagement and Volunteerism.
