Food Bank/Grocery Store offered at Ballard Food Bank

Food bank works the same as a grocery store. Browse shelves and choose items. Products available include: - Meat and vegetables - Hygiene items (toothpaste, tampons) - Dog and cat food People from all neighborhoods in Seattle are invited to shop with us on site. To shop, first register at the front desk. It’s helpful if you have an ID/piece of mail, though it is not required. Provides weekly home delivery for clients with disabilities, elderly community members, and those with childcare constraints.

Ballard Food Bank

Offers nutritious food to individuals and families living in Seattle. Provides home delivery program for individuals who are homebound and a Weekend Food for Kids program for students enrolled in Seattle Public Schools. Financial assistance is provided for rent and utilities. Vouchers for IDs and driver's licenses are available. Other services include mail service, hygiene bar and a community resource area.
