For persons in certain critical need situations (i.e. other resources have been exhausted. Income at or below 200% FPL. Must live in Skagit County.

Community Action of Skagit County

A community-based non-profit organization offering a wide variety of services.  The primary purpose is to help low-income persons reach, or maintain, self-sufficiency. The agency has eight impact areas: Family Stability, Housing, Financial Stability, Employment, Education and Literacy, Health, Food and Nutrition, and Community Engagement and Volunteerism.
