Compassion Transitional Houses offered at Acres of Diamonds

Provides a shared housing facility. Residents have their own lockable room, with the rest of the house being shared with other women and their kids. As space becomes available and as women become ready they can move to an onsite apartment. This normally takes about a year. Acres is a safe and sober house with random drug testing. The program is designed to help women get back on their feet. Program includes Bible study, budgeting classes, parenting classes, healthy boundaries and relationships classes, shared meals, daily chores and curfews, etc.
