Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) offered at Quality Behavioral Health in Clarkston

Provides comprehensive behavioral health services with supports to Medicaid eligible youth with complex behavioral needs using a team approach to care. Team members include natural supports (such as family, friends, and religious leaders) and the professionals (such as counselors, schools, Child Protective Services, and probation officers). Looks for community-based options to support multi-system-involved children and youth. Crisis services available 24 hours a day for enrolled youth.

Application process

Call for screening. Youth ages 13 and older can refer themselves. Youth under age 13 need permission from a parent or guardian.

Fee

Funded by Medicaid.

Eligibility

Youth age 20 or younger with complex behavioral health needs who receive or are eligible to receive Medicaid.
