Transitional Housing Program offered at Youth Empowerment Shelter

The Transitional Housing Program aims to assist young adults who are homeless or facing homelessness by providing safe and supportive housing, life skills, case management, and assistance with educational and employment goals. Residents can remain in the program for up to two years depending on individual goals.

Office Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm. Program operates 24 hours per day / 7 days per week.

Program participants are responsible for rent as determined upon intake.

Eligibility

- Ages 18-23. - Engagement in Transitional Living Program. - Ability to abide by program rules for safety including visitor and substance use restrictions.
