Mentoring Services offered at City Gates Ministries

Limited financial assistance for things such as deposits, utilities, or other needs. Seeks to connect the household to other services that may prevent the situation from re-occurring. Calls for intake appointments are answered based on funding availability. Also accepts volunteers and donations to help households in need. Focuses on meeting the often desperate material needs of an individual or household, and to prevent and/or reverse homelessness in our community. Once these basic needs are satisfied, we further offer mentoring in life skills, financial advocacy, and guidance to help our clients transition from dependent poverty to self-sufficiency through personal, spiritual, and professional growth.
