Chemical Dependency Program offered at Seattle Indian Health Board

Provides an outpatient substance use disorder program, including substance use disorder assessments, for individuals and groups. Also offers suboxone. Three combined openings for Medicaid and private insurance clients per week are available. Individual and group counseling is offered but not required.  Medication induction can occur same-day. Primary care services is required.  Pregnant women are accepted.  Offers drop-in hours. Thursdays 2pm-5pm. Mondays 9am-3pm Two weeks' notice required for interpreter services.

Eligibility

Primarily American Indian and Alaska Native communities, but open to everyone. Clients must be eligible to receive medical care at SIHB. Poly-substance users allowed with close follow-up.

Provides medical, dental, mental health, chemical dependency, outpatient youth services and community education services with a focus on the American Indian and Alaska Native community. Offers maternal and infant health services as well as the WIC program. Additionally provides emergency assistance and safety planning for victims of domestic violence.
