Serenity House's Enhanced Congregate Shelter ensures homeless single adults have a safe place to sleep. Our services include: 3 meals daily, shower access, laundry, lockers, housing location/counseling, weekly onsite medical and behavioral health treatment, medical respite program, and limited transportation to and from downtown Port Angeles. The shelter can accommodate well behaved pets, emotional or service animals, and adult couples. Sobriety at entry is not required. Shelter in place is activated during "Blue Flag" extreme weather conditions.

Provides emergency drop-in support services for Native clients.   Services include the following:   - Advocacy/case management - Emergency clothing - Nursing services - Assessment and referral to drug and alcohol treatment - Cultural programming - Applications and questions regarding DSHS benefits, as well as BIA (Bureau of Indian Affairs) benefits. Also provides a place for clients to socialize, watch television, and participate in Native cultural activities. Offers Native arts and craft sessions weekly. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories.

Drop-In Center & Resources: The drop-in center provides teens and young adults a safe place to stay during the day to do homework, play games, socialize, work on personal goals or employment, or relax. Young people can also get a hot meal, talk to a caseworker, and get help with resources such as bus tickets or access to showers and laundry facilities. Arcadia staff can also provide referrals to employment training, educational assistance, mental health and substance use counseling, and other services. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories. Overnight Emergency Shelter: The drop-in center transforms into an overnight emergency shelter where young adults are encouraged to have a hot meal, do laundry, play video games, relax, and get some sleep in a warm and safe environment.

Provides a welcoming space to anyone experiencing homelessness or vulnerably housed. Offers coffee and snacks. Provides showers, laundry, computers, phones, mail reception services and a space for meal preparation. Showers are wheelchair accessible. Provides soap, shampoo, towels and laundry detergent for guests using the showers and washing machine. HealthPoint and Mobile Medical Van provide services on a monthly basis. Case managers available. Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories.

Operates a drop-in center for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.  Services include: -  Case management services once per week -  Clothing -  Toiletries and hygiene supplies -  HIV/STI prevention education -  Evening dinner -  Social programming including a daily social space, dances, performance events and discussion groups several times a week.    Provides referrals to emergency shelter, transitional housing, medical services and drug/alcohol treatment.

Provides a place for homeless men to relax. Provides breakfast and lunch. Additionally offers: -  Hygiene items -  Computer access -  One-on-one case management -  Temporary mailing address service -  Donated clothing -  Showers, includes towels and soap -  Laundry, includes detergent Operates as a cooling center during weather advisories.

Provides a drop-in center that assists with food, clothing, diapers, showers, hygiene items, pet food, laundry facilities, bus fare, and temporary mailing addresses. Advocates are available to help connect individuals to community resources. Offers limited financial assistance in obtaining ID, storage fees, utility and phone bills, and rental applications. Also, provides outdoor gear when available. No overnight shelter or rental assistance.

Operates a daily drop-in center for homeless youth and young adults. Offers: - Case Management - Hot meal once a week - Transportation to shelter -  Phone -  Snacks -  Blankets & limited clothing -  Showers & laundry -  Activities -  Advocacy -  Education resources -  Life skills help & workshops - Mentoring Shower facilities do not have accommodations for people with disabilities. Operates as a youth cooling center during weather advisories.

Operates a drop-in center for homeless adults. Offers navigation assistance for housing resources and case management. Limited bus tickets available. Free Wi-Fi and local phone usage. Operation meal service supplies two meals lunch and dinner M-F, Saturday dinner only. Can sometimes offer transportation assistance to re-unite individuals to family. A medical doctor visits the center three days per week to assist with wound care, consultation and referrals for medical care. Serves as a cooling center during hot weather. Also offers information and referral to assist clients in obtaining resources such as the following: -  Shelter -  Housing -  Health services -  Public benefits

Provides a daily drop-in center for unhoused women and non-binary individuals; no children allowed. Offers the following services: -  Limited food to-go -  Breakfast, lunch and snack - Computer use - Recliner chairs for resting - Phone available for use - An address for receiving mail - Job search assistance - Resume writing support -  Laundry facilities - Shower facilities with wheelchair accessibility, grab bars and a shower chair - Emergency clothing -  Hygiene kits      Offers light case management services with information, referrals and advocacy for various needs.   Clients are welcome to stay at the day center all day or drop in to access specific services.   Food and snacks are available throughout the day, not only at mealtimes. Interpreter services are available by advance request.

Provides a one-stop hub of services in an environment designed for children. Services are individualized based on each family's needs and goals. Services include: - Parenting classes - Community events - Resource fairs - Childcare enrollment support - Early childhood developmental screenings - Computer lab with printer - Shower - Basic needs items such as diapers, wipes, clothing, tents, sleeping backs and snacks - Housing navigation support
