Owns and operates 190 public housing units which include a multi-family residential development and an elderly and disabled residential development.
Provides a 24-unit apartment complex that offers affordable rentals to income qualified families. This complex consists of twenty 2-bedroom units and four 3-bedroom units.
Provides apartments for low-income seniors 52 years of age and older or disabled individuals that meet the qualifications.

Provides income based housing to families, seniors and those with disabilities. There are 31 rentable 2 or 3 bedroom units. Households must be at least two people. Does not accept the Section 8 vouchers because they are subsidized housing.
