Resource Navigator program helps low-income residents in Spokane, Adams, and Grant County with unmet medical, housing and food insecurity. The Resource Navigator will work to help open the doors to the resources needed to provide for individuals and their family. Offers resource navigation, assistance with applications for DSHS and Medicaid services, assistance with applications for apartments, assists immigrants and newly arrived community members in obtaining state identification, bus pass, and/or library cards.

CHAS Health Patient Services Coordinators (PSCs) are available to help individuals enroll in health insurance and understand their coverage. PSCs are certified navigators for the Washington Health Plan Finder, and enrollment counselors for Your Health Idaho state health insurance marketplaces. PSCs help individuals apply for Medicaid, Qualified Health Plans, and other applicable assistance programs.
