Offers a state-certified substance use disorder outpatient program for youth. Drug and Alcohol Assessment: Assessments for adolescent substance use disorders fulfill school and legally-based requirements for alcohol and drug assessments. Includes a urine toxicology screen. ​Outpatient Counseling: Provides counseling regarding a teen's substance use and addiction. Includes counseling on the development of refusal skills, the examination of life choices and consequences, as well as education about the impact of drugs on the developing brain. Co-Occurring Program: Serves adolescents and young adults with both substance use and mental health issues. Identifies and treats mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, or ADHD in adolescents with substance use. Ongoing monitoring includes urine toxicology.

Assessment - a comprehensive, face-to-face diagnostic interview to identify areas of concern as described by the individual. We collect a social, behavioral, and mental health history, document the student's history of involvement with alcohol and other drugs, as well as any other health concerns. Assessment starts the development of an individualized service plan. Intervention - a formal response to behavioral health risks intended to increase understanding of chemical dependency and to identify and reduce risk factors associated with developing substance use disorder. Treatment - Outpatient services are are guided by an individualized, formal treatment plan and vary in intensity and duration. Services include individual, group, and/or family counseling. Continuing Care - Provides ongoing support, reinforcement, and case management for individuals who are attempting to maintain a recovery lifestyle and are at risk for relapse or other behavioral problems. Several locations offer mental health services in addition to substance use disorder services.

Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling as well as case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Uses a team approach that includes a combination of specially trained behavioral health clinicians, family care coordinators, and peer support staff. Offers specialized services to youth who have a psychiatric diagnosis and experience intellectual or developmental disabilities. Provides school and office-based services.

Offers an outpatient program that is open to first-time guests and to those who are in the third phase of the aftercare program (the first two phases are Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs). Outpatient is the least restrictive, most flexible treatment option available for addiction treatment. Unlike PHP or IOP, outpatient treatment allows guests complete control of their schedule, so long as they attend the once-monthly therapy session and weekly group therapy session on Sunday. Guests that desire more time in one-on-one counseling, or in group settings, can collaborate with their therapist during the creation of their individual service plan (ISP). In essence, the ISP is designed by the guest, for the guest. Additionally, outpatient treatment plans can be altered should a guest require more therapy during a rough patch or less therapy as they gain confidence in their prolonged sobriety. Please keep in mind, as a treatment center guided by a strong mission and vision, Royal Life Centers has a policy that restricts guests from attending their treatment programs more than twice. If you have already been through the treatment program in full, they will work day and night to find a facility that will better suit your needs and goals in recovery. They want to see you have success in sobriety, even if they are not the right program for you— they will help you find one that is. The program includes topics such as understanding the concept of relapse as a process, identifying external and internal warning signs of relapse, and identifying tools and behavior which can interrupt the relapse process. The program consists of one session per week for 26 weeks.   Positive Choices Group-Positive Choices (substance abuse treatment)  Offers a six-month program including group and individual treatment/prevention opportunities. The Positive Choices program at Alpine Recovery Services is appropriate for people who have a history of alcohol and/or drug abuse with adverse life effects, but without demonstrated addiction and who have been diagnosed as alcohol/drug abusers through professional assessment. Alcohol and drug problems may or may not have resulted in legal issues. The program consists of one 90-minute group session a week for twelve weeks, followed by one 90-minute group session every other week for six sessions.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Offers individual and some couples therapy in an outpatient setting. Also offers substance use disorder services including assessment and diagnosis, Co-occurring Disorder group, Intensive Outpatient group (IOP), Outpatient group (OP), and individual counseling services. Services include Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) therapy as well as traditional medication management.

Deaf services clinicians provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment addressing mental health and substance use disorders to King County children, adults and families. Offers direct access to care in sign language and understands the unique needs of people who are Deaf, hard of hearing or Deafblind. Helps with: - Counseling for everyday problems or an unexpected life crisis - Healing from trauma - Enhancing relationships & communication skills - Resolving workplace concerns & garnering support during career transitions - Providing psychiatric assessments, treatment, and medication management - Assessing and treating substance use disorders - The complex challenges of children & adolescents - Parenting support & education - Assistance with accessing other needed services such as housing Services are available both in-person and via telehealth.

Provides outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, drug and alcohol assessments; including dual-diagnosis, court-ordered, and more. Also offers individual, group and family counseling.

Drug & Alcohol Evaluation During the initial visit, you must complete a self-assessment and provide a history of your substance use. In addition, I conduct an interview to obtain some general information about you. During the interview, I ask you detailed questions about your current and past drug use and attempt to find out about the types of problems caused by or made worse by your substance use and abuse. As you respond, I listen carefully to you and do not judge you in any way.   DUI Evaluations The DUI assessment meets the requirements of the Washington State Department of Licensing under the Revised Code of Washington (RCW). This assessment is typically mandated by a court when an individual is cited for a driving offense in which alcohol and/or other drugs played a role.  Suboxone Counseling This service supports those who are currently being prescribed Suboxone as a pharmaceutical intervention for opiate addiction. If you are currently taking Suboxone to treat your dependence on opiates, the service helps you reach your recovery goals. The focus is to teach you coping skills and techniques to avoid the triggers that lead to relapse. This service is delivered in individual and/or group sessions. The length of treatment depends on the needs of the client.  Relapse Prevention This service is intended for individuals who have successfully participated in an intensive outpatient or residential inpatient treatment program and who have generally displayed success at maintaining a clean and sober lifestyle. However, they have either recently experienced a relapse or they are showing an increase in the signs and symptoms of relapse.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).
