- Women Supporting Women: Provides a support group for all women who are living with cancer, whether newly diagnosed, currently in treatment, or completed cancer surgery and treatment.
- Young Women's CANcer Support: Provides group support in the evening for women juggling a cancer diagnosis, treatment, family, work and other demands placed on this unique group of survivors.
- Bereavement Support Group: Weekly support group open to anyone who has suffered a loss, for any reason. The members try to collectively help each other through the various stages of grieving and grow through the loss.
- Cancer Peer Mentors (Women): Cancer survivors provide support and hope to women who are newly diagnosed with cancer. Peer Mentors have completed a comprehensive educational program and are available for communication and support.
- Crisis Care and Counseling: Offers assistance through staff and volunteers for crisis needs. Helps individuals who are going through a crisis situation by listening, assessing their needs, connecting them to other resources, and providing follow-up support.
- Pain Support: Empowerment through Pain - Tools, support & guidance in understanding and living well with chronic pain.
- Journey to Wellness: Classes utilize a variety of philosophies and techniques of self-help to encourage healing of the mental, physical and emotional body.
- Group Grief & Loss Support for Miscarriage or Stillbirth (RTS): Little Wings provides grief and loss support for parents who have lost a child due to miscarriage or stillbirth.
- Women's Empowerment Group: Provides a free support group for women experiencing depression, anxiety or just feel stuck in their life.
- Trauma Support Group - The group is designed to provide support, encouragement and healing to those who have experienced traumatic events.

- Osteopathic Manipulation: In Partnership with PNWU Scholars Program and Supervised by O.D.s,
- Hand That Hea: Reflexology and other techniques to support your mind, body and spirit.
- Healing Threads: Group for anyone who wants to spend time with others while working on any type of needlework project; no experience necessary. Group promotes healing, community service, and making connections with others to end feelings of isolation.
- Navigation Services: Provides navigation services to local resources for families and individuals in need of assistance—open to anyone. Offers information and referrals to local agencies.
- Lending Library: Offers books, videos, audio, and periodicals to anyone seeking information on a particular illness or health topic.
- Caregiver Support
Men's Cancer Support Group/Co-Ed Cancer Support Groups will return as demand increases. Community members and professionals wishing to start a group in alignment with Wellness House's mission are welcome to call.
Suicide Survivors Support Group will resume as needed.
Spanish language support for crisis counseling and the Cancer Care Boutique, as well as translation services for our other supports.

Provides support and advocacy to Deaf, hard of hearing, and late-deafened individuals who struggle to communicate because of their hearing. Focuses on helping them live independently.
Provides case management and advocacy services to accomplish goals and determine accommodation needs for Deaf, hard of hearing, and late-deafened individuals.

- Completing paperwork
- Financial management
- Navigating social services

Provides training on accessibility for Deaf and hard of hearing employees, clients, or customers.
Provides consultation services that are designed to bring government, corporations, and other agencies into compliance with existing legislation in place for persons who are Deaf, hard of hearing, and/or DeafBlind.
