Provides case management to youth at risk of involvement/involved in the King County juvenile justice program.

Provides case management services for families of at-risk youth. Connects them to needed services such as educational support, housing, mental health and substance use disorder treatment and employment.

Works to divert low-income Latino youth ages 12-24 living in southeast, southwest and central Seattle, from dangerous lifestyle choices and to increase their connection with school and activities.

Promotes self-sufficiency in young adults ages 18-30 through direct access to education, employment, readiness, treatment, mental health care and housing options. Must reside in Southeast Seattle area.
